What to expect

  • Please submit non-emergent issues through Tenant Web Access or RmResident app.
  • To view benefits please visit Resident Benefits page on the MECA website.
  • Emergency contact line is 866-315-2004 
  • We will triage and troubleshoot your problem over the phone
  • Easily track your maintenance appointments online and will get a email reminder the day prior to the work being started.

We recommend downloading the RmResident app, or bookmarking the TWA portal website in your mobile browser for easy access to scheduling and updates.

Maintenance Emergencies include:

  • Flooding
  • Sewage backups
  • No heat
  • Loss of use of toilet (if property only has one)
  • Water leaks
  • Electrical Issues
  • Fire
  • Security of the property (door lock/windows)
