Receive application and go over everything with owner for final approval
Sign lease with tenant
Move in inspection video
6 month inspection after tenant moves in and then annual inspection thereafter
Send owner payment via direct deposit
Owner portal to review statements, work orders, and invoices
No move-in inspection fee (free to owner)
